It has been a truly inspiring couple of weeks marking the modelling projects and coaching essays submitted by this year’s Practitioner and Master Practitioner students.
The modelling projects have covered a diverse range of topics, from chapati and pastry making to running, skipping and state management for an important meeting.
All the students have demonstrated that they have the skills to model excellence in whatever form it takes, and some already have ideas for expanding upon what they have already done so that they can share their findings with others.
The coaching essays and coaching diaries reveal the great work that the students are doing already, achieving excellent results working with sometimes quite challenging issues (and clients!)
Now that the hard work has been completed, it’s time to celebrate. So this week we will be stocking up with wine, polishing cutlery, blowing up balloons and generally getting everything ready for another fantastic graduation party.
After time has been taken to celebrate, thoughts turn to how to maintain and build upon those hard learned skills.
We have the NLP practice group every Wednesday evening (this will re-start in the autumn – check for dates) and the AC Co-coaching forum. Both give you the opportunity to practice, brush up your skills meet up with and learn from each other.
These run regularly throughout the year – keep an eye on the website for details. If you have any suggestions for CPD courses, please do let us know.
If you haven’t already done so, now may be the right time for you do complete your Master Practitioner. We are very excited about this year’s course which will include all the elements we are really passionate about – the Hero’s Journey, Unified Field Theory, Advanced Linguistics and Success Factor Modelling. This combination makes the course completely unique and a powerful combination of personal and professional development.
