What Previous Knowledge is Required?
The good news is that no prior learning knowledge or experience is essential to take this NLP Practitioner & Coaching Certification training course. This training is open to anyone wishing to gain a coaching and NLP qualification and would like to take part in a highly rewarding carer. Once you are registered you will be given access to the online prestudy material, you will be able to log in and review, reflect, and get ready for the live training. We will also send you the full Practitioner Training Manual in the post.
In addition to the scheduled days training sessions, we will be holding regular evening tutor support sessions which are a fantastic opportunity to ask additional questions, practice what you have been learning, and to generally develop your knowledge and confidence levels.
Example Training Schedule*
Pre-Study Material – All registered students will be given a login to our Online Learning Platform to begin your NLP and Coach training journey. This pre-recorded learning resource will give you a great overview of the course, give you a solid foundation in key terms and the history of both NLP and the Coaching industry. Additionally, each LIVE training day session will be recorded and added to your Online Account for you to review again and again.
Meet & Greet – This will be a pre-course virtual get-together so we can introduce ourselves and get familiar with the Zoom environment, ask questions, and generally get ready for the first training day. This will be an evening event, that we will host about a week or so before the scheduled start date of the course. We will invite all registered students to join.
Day One: Welcome and programme introduction and overview, qualifying criteria including specific Association For Coaching criteria, codes of ethics, etc, NLP and Coaching: An Overview & History, Rapport, Sensory Acuity, Calibration, The Power of Well-Formed Outcomes.
Day Two: Exploring Representational Systems, Predicates Preference, Eye Accessing Cues, Perceptual Positions, Anchors, New Behaviour Generator, Developing a deeper understanding of Well-Formed Outcomes and how they relate to the coaching process.
Day Three: The Philosophy of Success Using the Presuppositions of NLP to build a personal success philosophy. – The development of the body of knowledge within the Coaching space is vast, we will be exploring a range of coaching models during this course. First up is GROW, and we will look at Powerful Coaching Questions.
Day Four: Exploring Core Coaching Competencies. We will look at how these competencies fit into the coaching structure and what they really mean in practice. We will also work on Listening Skills, Coaching Presence, and coaching models including WHAT, OSKAR.
Day Five: Exploring More Coaching Models, APROCESS, and Logical Levels, we will also look at ethics and scope of practice.
Day Six: The Meta Model, The Power Of Questions, Practical NLP Coaching. The Meta Model is a set of questions designed to specify information, challenge and expand the limits to a person’s model of the world. It responds to the distortions, generalizations, and deletions in the speaker’s language. It’s a powerful tool in enabling clients to discover more about both what they actually want and who they really are.
Day Seven: Exploring Client Beliefs. Looking at NLP Belief Changes processes that will enable you to work with clients to identify limiting beliefs and to build powerful more useful and enabling belief systems.
Day Eight: Milton Model, the language of influence.
Day Nine: NLP Change Processes. Part one – the NLP Tool kit of enabling powerful change in clients’ personal and professional lives. Change Personal History, Logical Levels of Change
Day Ten: NLP Change Processes. Part two – the NLP Tool kit of enabling powerful change in clients’ personal and professional lives. Change Personal History, Logical Levels of Change
Day Eleven: NLP Modelling … the secret to understanding how successful people create their success. Integration Part One.
Day Twelve: Integration Part Two – Review of key assignment requirements Practical Skill Assessment, Developing your Coaching Practice, Professional Memberships, CPD etc.
Group Tutor Sessions: The above schedule will be supported by high-quality pre-recorded study material (videos), additional group tutor sessions, co-coaching events, and supervision sessions. These will be a great opportunity to Practice & gain Supervision – It will help you deepen your learning and gain confidence in your NLP and Coaching Practice.
What Assignments are required?
We have worked with the accrediting bodies to produce both practical and knowledge assessments that are real-world based, completing those will not only enable to successfully complete your qualification, more importantly, but they will also give you the confidence to build your practice based on the evidence of your assessment success. Each qualification has its own assessment requirements:

As a gift, you will be given a year’s Student Membership of the Association For Coaching once you are registered on the course. On successful completion, you will be eligible to join both the Association of Coaching and the Association For NLP as a Full Member
