Co-founder of Dilts Strategy Group, Robert has a global reputation as leading behavioural skills trainer and business consultant since the 1970’s.
Robert is one of the original developers of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and was a developer of the Success Factor Modelling process. Robert teaches and lectures all over the world.

Pilar is Coach and delivers programmes at the international Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School in Belgium where she is a valued collaborator for the Centre of Expertise on Coaching (CEC).
Pilar was one of the first coaches in Europe to become a Master Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). As NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, she is a guest speaker at coaching and NLP academies across Europe. Pilar has developed her own models and methodology for quick and easy belief change and in the field of behavioural change, and leadership development.
