This Level 3 Certificate in Coaching (UKCPD) aims to provide individuals skills and confidence to perform effectively as a workplace coach as part of their normal work role.

Highly interactive and content rich successfully completing this programme will give delegates the tools, experience and foundation to become a “Life Coach”. Additionally this 3-day programme aims to equip participants seeking to move into a development role within their organisations or as a freelance workplace coach.
